I have only done squash and Zucchini so far, but it was fun and yummy. I just sauteed it with EVOO, garlic, salt & pepper. Lame, I know!! But this post is a great reminder. I vow to use it, for the first time, in the next 2 weeks. It doesn't take much storage space, either. About $15 at Target. It uses most of the zuchinni and I happily eat the bit it leaves uncut. I have boiled and sautéed and both are good, but boiling needs to really drain.Pattihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03316345355188384564noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1300660817354328186.post-86866143348030236662015-07-24T08:03:08.939+00:002015-07-24T08:03:08.939+00:00I got one several years ago and used it all the ti...I got one several years ago and used it all the time. Now I hardly cook due to my health, but I can't bear to let the spiralizer go. I know I'll get back to the point that I can cook, and I'll want it. Have fun with yours. It' a great way to get kids to eat veg.
shoshana kleimannoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1300660817354328186.post-69572280330061208812015-07-24T05:41:15.242+00:002015-07-24T05:41:15.242+00:00Now I want one! :)Now I want one! :)Selena Mariehttp://www.kindredclosets.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1300660817354328186.post-23648430690514159732015-07-23T20:26:42.575+00:002015-07-23T20:26:42.575+00:00Alright, this is pretty awesome. I have a julienne peeler, but I have to say - I julienned two large zucchinis for dinner one night and it took 20 minutes. I look at the spiralizers and think about it...haven't done it. Trying to stay away from pasta though.

So maybe I'll try one, but only if I figure out what Marciahttp://frugalhealthysimple.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1300660817354328186.post-49653423329928853602015-07-23T20:22:56.440+00:002015-07-23T20:22:56.440+00:00Some of my blogging friends and I were just talkin...Some of my blogging friends and I were just talking about this one! I wondered about the plastic being too weak but it's the only one that fits in my budget anytime soon. I'm really wanting to make zucchini noodles and curly fries! ;)Katie Mae @ Nourishing Simplicityhttp://nourishingsimplicity.orgnoreply@blogger.com
