Or ramps for a really garlicky, oniony version. :) I've been making lots of chickpea burgers lately but I tend to make mine with roasted veggies and onions so they're a lot lighter in color. I just made two versio...Thank you for this recipe. I just made two versions of my own bean burgers and I like the idea of baking them instead of frying (I used a bit of avocado oil for that).
