The leaves are YUMMY slightly boiled. Since they were more mature than what I would have preferred them be, some of the larger leaves were still a bit prickly after boiling...but still a very surprisingly delicious flavor. It was definitely a diuretic..lol..maybe because it was the mature leaves?
