But I have read of people using dried peas/lentils or various seeds (flax, grape) for these. I suppose it depends on where you live what would be cheapest. I know that I have a blanket from my Dad's Mom (yes, my Grandma) that is super heavy. I personally find it super relaxing and comforting to lay under it.
