We don't drink wine, but we ferment to make kombucha, water kefir, sauerkraut, beets, pickles, etc. Mama Leehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08669601291853380984noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1300660817354328186.post-73573468517937223022013-08-16T00:39:32.215+00:002013-08-16T00:39:32.215+00:00I am lucky to live where there are stores that all...I am lucky to live where there are stores that allow me to make wine. I buy their juice, toss in the yeast and my job is done until it is time for me to bottle it. It does cost more than yours but I don't have the space and I have cats who are indiscriminate about shedding their hair. It costs more than yours but it is at least 75% cheaper than buying wine.kitbluhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17019115567982952470noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1300660817354328186.post-74734129203177755842013-08-15T22:18:23.778+00:002013-08-15T22:18:23.778+00:00I make honey wine (or more technically, "mead...I make honey wine (or more technically, "mead") with honey I get from my brother in law. But you inspired me. I think next batch I'll try inoculating with my ginger bug instead of with store bought yeast.Penniless Parentinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17671140279531925880noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1300660817354328186.post-52685176470014518652013-08-15T18:49:13.835+00:002013-08-15T18:49:13.835+00:00Did you know that there is yeast already present o...Did you know that there is yeast already present on the skins?
