I think it was a dollar a bag. We don't have 'scratch &...Great ideas! We don't have 'scratch & dent' stores near me, but we have 99cents and Dollar stores, and a store called Grocery Outlet (on West Coast of USA). As we know, 99/Dollar stores aren't always the best deals, as sometimes the amount you get is so tiny.
